I commenced legal practice in 1996 and have over 28 years experience as a commercial litigator. I have practiced at the private bar since 2002.


I was a quasi-judicial Member and Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, primarily working in the Tax & Commercial Division between April 2016 and October 2024.


My practice areas at the Bar are arbitration & mediation, commercial law, administration law, tax law, regulatory and intellectual property law.


I have been recognised by solicitors and my peers as a leading or recommended junior counsel in the field of intellectual property (Doyle’s Guide 2014 - 2024).


I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Council Member of the Australian branch of CIArb . I have arbitration chambers in Singapore:
