I commenced legal practice in 1996 and have over 25 years experience as a commercial litigator. I have practiced at the private bar since 2002.


I have been a quasi-judicial Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, primarily working in the Tax & Commercial Division since 2016.


My practice areas at the Bar are arbitration & mediation, commercial law, administration law, tax law, workers compensation law, regulatory and intellectual property law.


I have been recognised by solicitors and my peers as a leading or recommended junior counsel in the field of intellectual property (Doyle’s Guide 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023).
